Returns
Standard products may be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery, provided they are unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or an incorrect product has been supplied.
Made-to-order and personalised products cannot be returned, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item being supplied.
